Privacy at Classora

Classora is an educational platform for lessons, classes, assignments, exams, live competitions and communication. This policy explains the information the service may process when you use these features.

Information used by the service

• Account information you provide, such as display name, login information, role, class membership and profile settings.
• Learning activity, such as lesson progress, assignment submissions, exam scores and competition results.
• Messages and media you choose to send through Classora Chat, including images or voice messages when you use those features.
• Device notification tokens when you choose to enable push notifications.
• Technical information needed to keep the service working and secure.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, classes, learning progress, assignments, grading, competitions, chat, support, notifications, moderation and service security. Classora does not need precise location for its educational features.

Service providers

Classora uses Firebase services for authentication, database features and supported notifications. Those services process data needed to provide Classora's features under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Camera, photos and microphone

Classora only requests or uses device media when you choose a feature that needs it, such as selecting an image or recording a voice message. You can deny system permission and continue using features that do not require that permission.

Account deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly inside Classora from Settings → Delete my account. The app asks for confirmation before deletion. Teachers may need to transfer or delete classes they own first. Some records may be retained only where required for security, legal obligations, or to protect other users' records.

Your choices

You can change profile settings, disable optional notifications, choose whether to send media, and delete your account from inside the app.

Children and school use

Classora is designed for educational use. Schools, teachers, parents or guardians should use the service consistently with applicable local requirements for student data and consent.
